TalkToDoc does not replace emergency or in-person medical care.

• Minors may use the platform only with parental or guardian consent.

You agree to:

• Appointment availability depends on doctor/practitioner schedules.

• TalkToDoc reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary.

• Consultation duration and format are decided by TalkToDoc.

• All payments must be made in advance unless stated otherwise.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of:

- Technical failure from TalkToDoc's side

- Practitioner unavailability without rescheduling

Refund decisions are at the discretion of TalkToDoc.

• Your personal and medical information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

• All doctors and practitioners follow professional confidentiality standards.

• Users must also respect the privacy of doctors and staff.

• Yoga and wellness programs are provided for general health and well-being.

• Users should consult a doctor before starting any new fitness or wellness routine.

• TalkToDoc is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper practice or non-disclosure of medical conditions.

• All content on TalkToDoc (text, logos, videos, graphics) is the property of TalkToDoc.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

TalkToDoc reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, false information, or violation of these Terms

• Restrict access without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform

TalkToDoc shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
